شاخصهای صرفی - نحوی در کودکان دچار نشانگان داون و بهنجار

چکیده

هدف پژوهش تعیین نحوه اکتساب شاخصهای صرفی-نحوی در کودکان دچار نشانگان داون و بهنجاربود. روش: روش مطالعه از نوع پسرویدادی و جامعه آماری کودکان و نوجوانان دچار نشانگان داون حدود2000 نفر و کودکان بهنجار حدود 450000 نفر بود. از میان آنها، افرادی که واجد ملاکهای ورود درهر دو گروه بودند بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب و 43 کودک دچار نشانگان داون 10 تا 20 ساله و 40 کودکطبیعی 8 تا 12 ساله همتاسازی شد. از هر دو گروه، نمونه گفتار با استفاده از کتاب قصههای تصویریجلد 1 و جلد 2 آشتیانی ( 1374 ) گرفته شد. یافتهها: دادهها نشان داد که کودکان دچار نشانگان داوندر شاخصهای کل کلمهها، حروف و میانگین طول گفته، متفاوت از گروه گواه هستند، اما این تفاوت دراسامی و افعال معنادار نبود. در زیر طبقهها بهطور کلی عملکرد گروه بهنجار بهتر از گروه دچار نشانگانداون بود. نتیجهگیری: الگوی نقص در افراد دچار نشانگان داون یک الگوی تأخیر رشدی نیست و لذا دردرمان اختلالهای زبانشناختی گروه دچار نشانگان داون باید از روش درمانی مبتنی بر جداسازی هرحوزه زبانشناختی استفاده کرد که متفاوت از درمان افرادی است که تنها دچار تأخیر رشد زبانشناختیهستند.
