اثربخشي برنامه تاب‌آوري پنسيلوانيا بر سبک‌هاي اسنادي و سازگاري روان‌شناختي دانشجويان

چکیده


چکيده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعيين اثربخشي برنامه تاب­آوري پنسيلوانيا بر سبک­هاي اسنادي و سازگاري روان­شناختي دانشجويان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش شبه­تجربي با طرح پيش­آزمون، پس‌آزمون همراه با پيگيري 2 ماهه و جامعه آماري دانشجويان گروه روان­شناسي دانشگاه شهيد بهشتي به تعداد 207 بود که به روش نمونه­گيري در دسترس 30 نفر از آن­ها انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمايش و گواه جايگزين شدند و قبل، بعد از آموزش و 2 ماه بعد به پرسش­نامه سازگاري روان­شناختي دانشجويان با دانشگاه بيکر و سيرياک (1984) و پرسش‌نامه سبک­هاي اسنادي پيترسون، سيمل، بي­ير، آبرامسون، متالسکي و سليگمن (1982) پاسخ دادند. برنامه تاب­آوري پنسيلوانيا به شيوه گروهي در 7 جلسه دو ساعته هفته­اي يک جلسه به گروه آزمايش آموزش داده شد. يافته­ها: نتايج تحليل کواريانس نشان داد که در کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت برنامه مداخله­اي در افزايش سطح سازگاري روان­شناختي و الگوي اسنادي خوش­بينانه و کاهش الگوي اسنادي بدبينانه دانشجويان موثر بوده است. نتيجه­گيري: آمورش برنامه تاب­آوري پنسيلوانيا را مي­توان مداخله مؤثر و کارآمدي درنظر گرفت که با تغيير الگوهاي اسنادي بدکارکردي دانشجويان نقش چشم­گيري در ارتقاي سطح سازگاري روان­شناختي آن­ها ايفا مي­کند.
