نشخوار فکری، نشانه‌های اضطراب و افسردگی در افراد دچار لکنت زبان، اضطراب اجتماعی و بهنجار

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین و مقایسه نشخوار فکری، نشانه‌های اضطراب و افسردگی در افراد دچار لکنت زبان، اضطراب اجتماعی و بهنجار بود. روش: روش پژوهش علی-مقایسه‌ای و جامعه آماری کلیه دانش‌آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه مدارس شهر همدان دچار لکنت زبان ارجاع داده ‌شده به‌گفتار درمانگر به تعداد ۴۸ نفر؛  کلیه نوجوانان پسر دارای اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی مراجعه­ کننده به ‌مراکز خصوصی خدمات روان‌پزشکی شهر همدان در سه ‌ماهه سوم سال ۱۳۹۳ به تعداد ۳۷ نفر؛ و نیز تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر بهنجار مدارس مقطع متوسطه شهر همدان به تعداد ۱۲۳۴۷ نفر بود. از هر گروه ۱۸ آزمودنی با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و از پرسشنامه‌های افسردگی بک (1996) اضطراب بک (1990)، مقیاس پاسخ‌های نشخواری (۱۹۹۱) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد نشانه‌های اضطراب، افسردگی و نشخوار فکری در افراد دچار لکنت زبان و اضطراب اجتماعی بیشتر از افراد بهنجار و همچنین میانگین نمره­های نشخوار فکری افراد دچار لکنت زبان بیشتر از افراد دچار اضطراب اجتماعی است. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به وجود نشانه‌های افسردگی، اضطراب و پاسخ‌های نشخواری در نوجوانان دچار لکنت زبان لزوم توجه به‌ این نشانه‌ها در برنامه‌های پیشگیری و درمانی بیش از پیش آشکار می‌شود.

Rumination, Depressive Symptoms and Anxiety Symptoms on Stutter Disorder and Social Phobia Abstract Aim: The aim of this research was to investigate the rumination, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms in stutter disorder and social phobia. Methods: 18 adolescents with stuttering and 18 adolescents with social phobia and 18 adolescents without Stuttering were selected through an accessible Sampling method. The subjects completed a Response Styles Questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory-II and Beak Anxiety Inventory. The adolescents Who Stutter and control participants were matched for age, Education level, economic situation Family and Parents' educational level. Results: The findings revealed significant differences rumination, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms in two groups (social phobia and stuttering) with normal group. Conclusion: rumination, depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms are definite problems for many adolescents who stutter. Clinical implications of these findings for the diagnosis and treatment of adolescents who stutter. Keywords: stutter disorder, social phobia rumination, depressive symptoms, and anxiety symptoms
