اثربخشی برنامه درمانگری «گربه مبارز» بر شکایت‌های جسمانی دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر دچار اختلال‌های اضطرابی و افسردگی

چکیده

چکیدههدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی برنامه ­درمانگری «گربه مبارز» بر شکایت‌های جسمانی دختران و پسران دچار اختلال‌های اضطرابی و افسردگی بود. روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه و جامعه آماری شامل 1400 دانش­آموز سوم تا پنجم ابتدایی شهر تهران در سال 93-1392 بود. از میان آن­ها، 40 دختر و 40 پسر که بر اساس مصاحبه بالینی دچار یکی از اختلال‌های اضطرابی، افسردگی یا همایندی آن‌ها بودند به تصادف انتخاب و در سه گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهش نسخه والد ­فهرست ­رفتاری ­کودک آشنباخ و رسکورلا (2001) بود که مادران در سه مرحله پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تکمیل کردند و 14 جلسة­ درمانگری ­انفرادی «گربه مبارز» کندال و هدک (2006) هفته­ای یک­بار و هرجلسه 45 دقیقه برای کودکان و 2 جلسه برای مادران اجرا شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از کوواریانس و تحلیل­ واریانس اندازه­گیری مکرر استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از کاهش معنادار شکایت‌های جسمانی در گروه‌های آزمایش در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پس از 6 ماه بود و عامل جنس تاثیری در نتیجه درمان نداشت. نتیجه گیری: پیشنهاد می­شود روان­شناسان با توجه به اثربخشی روش ­درمانگری گربه مبارز بر شکایت­های جسمانی کودکان اضطرابی و افسرده، از این راهنمای درمانگری برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان استفاده کنند.

Aim: Investigating the efficacy of "Coping Cat Protocol" on somatic complains of girls and boys with anxiety and depression disorders and comorbidity of them.
Methods: The experimental method was performed via two stages of pre and post-test.
Sample group consisted of 80 (40 females and 40 males) third through fifth grades primary school students who were diagnosed to have anxiety disorders, depression or comorbidity with clinical interview based on DSM and somatic complains based on Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) of Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment (ASEBA; Achenbach and Rescorla, 2001). The participants randomly assigned to two equally experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 16 individual therapy sessions. The post-test means of two groups were compared using analysis of covariance.
Results: The results indicated that somatic complains were significantly decreased in experimental group, and these results were reliable after 6 months of follow up, while gender was not effective in pre-test comparing to post-test results.
Conclusion: Importance of cognitive-behavior therapy based on Coping Cat Program on anxiety and depression disorders and comorbidity of them in children was salient.
