نقش تعاملی قومیت و جنس درتبیین تحول روانی-اجتماعی دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش تعاملی قومیت والدین­ فارس، تُرک، کُرد، لُر بر تحول روانی-اجتماعی فرزندان دختر و پسرشان بود. روش: روش پژوهش علی-مقایسه‌ای و جامعه آماری دانشجویان استان البرز در سال تحصیلی 94-1393 بود. با روش نمونه­گیری چندمرحله­ای از میان 29474 دانشجوی دانشگاه فرهنگیان، آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج و دانشکده کشاورزی 400 نفر و از هر قوم 100 دانشجو شامل50 دختر و 50 پسر انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه تحول روانی-اجتماعی هاولی (1988) بود. یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد نمره نگرش­های مثبت به­ترتیب در دانشجویان فارس، کُرد و تُرک بیش از دانشجویان لُر (58/8 = F، 0001/0>P) و نمره نتیجه تحول دانشجویان فارس و تُرک بیش از دانشجویان لُر (25/5 = F، 01/0>P)؛ و اثر تعاملی جنس × قومیت تنها برای نگرش­های مثبت معنادار (22/4 = F، 006/0> P) و بالاترین نمره در نگرش­های مثبت متعلق به دختران تُرک و پسران کُرد؛ در دختران قوم لُر بیش از پسران همین قوم بود؛ و درمجموع با آن­که رشد نگرش­های مثبت دختران و پسران قوم لُر در حد مطلوبی بود اما از اقوام دیگر کمتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می­شود جنبه­هایی از مشترکات فرهنگی، تربیتی، رفتاری و مذهبی هریک از اقوام به­ویژه قوم لُر که بر تحول روانی-اجتماعی فرزندان دختر و پسر آن­ها تاثیری منفی دارد، شناسایی و برنامه­های آموزشی برای اصلاح آن­ها تدوین شود.

چکیده [English]

Aim: Study aim was to determine interactive role of parent’s ethnicity of Fars, Turk, Kurd, Lor and offsprings’ gender on their psycho-social development. Methods: Method was causal-comparative and statistical population were 29474 university students of Alborz Province, whom were selected through cluster multistage random sampling among of Farhangian, Agricultural and Islamic Azad of Karaj Universities. Using Kerjeci-Morgan (1970) table, 400 students were determined and on the basis of gender in each ethnic group; 100 students (50 female and 50 male students) were selected. Research instrument was Hawley psycho-social development questionnaire (1988). Results: Results showed that positive attitudes score respectively in Fars, Kurd and Turk students more than Lor students (F=8.58, P
