ساخت و رواسازی مقیاس بومی گذار موفق دانشجویان از دانشگاه به کار

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت مقیاس بومی سنجش گذار موفق دانشجویان از دانشگاه به کار براساس نتایج پژوهش داده‌بنیاد محققان و بررسی ویژگی‌های روانسنجی آن انجام شد.
 
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع آزمون‌سازی بود. 436 نفر از میان دانشجویان ترم آخر کارشناسی دانشگاه اصفهان به عنوان نمونۀ به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از روش تحلیل گویه‌ها، روایی محتوایی، صوری، ملاکی هم‌زمان و تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی برای بررسی ساختار عاملی مقیاس و ضریب آلفای کرنباخ و بازآزمایی برای پایایی آن استفاده شد.
 
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عامل اکتشافی نشان داد وجود دو  عامل در ساختار 9 گویه‌‌ای می‌تواند برازش مناسبی با پاسخ‌های آزمودنی‌ها داشته‌ باشد و شاخص‌های برازش در تحلیل عامل تأییدی، روایی این ابزار را تأیید کرد. برای بررسی روایی همگرا همبستگی بین ابعاد ابزار با مقیاس اشتغال‌پذیری مسیر‌شغلی و پرسشنامۀ خودکارآمدی تصمیم‌گیری مسیر‌شغلی بررسی شد که همبستگی مثبت معنادار حاکی از روایی همگرا مقیاس بود. روایی واگرا آن نیز از طریق همبستگی میان ابعاد ابزار با پرسشنامه بی‌تصمیمی مسیر‌شغلی مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار گرفت. پایایی ابزار به دو روش همسانی درونی ضریب آلفا و بازآزمایی بررسی شد. ضرایب آلفا، همسانی درونی مناسب 89/0 را نشان داد. ضریب بازآزمایی با فاصله زمانی دو هفته 86/0 بود. نتایج این پژوهش از کفایت مقیاس سنجش‌گذار موفق از دانشگاه به کار حمایت کرد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌ها، مقیاس بومی سنجش‌گذار موفق می‌تواند به عنوان ابزار جدید معتبر جهت سنجش‌گذار موفق دانشجویان مورد استفاده قرار‌گیرد.

Aim: The present study aimed to develop a native scale for measuring successful transition from university to work based on the researchers' database and to examine its psychometric properties.
 
Method: The research employed a descriptive test-making approach. A sample of 436 final-semester undergraduate students from Isfahan University was selected using convenience sampling. Item analysis, content, face, simultaneous criterion validity, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were utilized to assess the factor structure of the scale, while Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retest reliability were examined for its reliability.
 
Results: Exploratory factor analysis revealed a two-factor, 9-item structure with good fit indices. Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the validity of the scale. Convergent validity was supported by significant positive correlations between the scale dimensions and the career employability scale and the career decision-making self-efficacy questionnaire. Divergent validity was confirmed through correlations between the scale dimensions and the career indecision questionnaire. Internal consistency, as measured by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, was high at 0.89, indicating good reliability. The retest coefficient, conducted with a two-week interval, was 0.86. These results supported the adequacy of the measurement scale for assessing successful transition from university to work.
 
Conclusion: The native successful transition scale presents a new and reliable tool for measuring students' successful transition from university to work.
