اثربخشی آموزش استواری روانی بر تحمل پریشانی و سرزندگی ذهنی والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان خون

چکیده

هدف:پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش استواری‌روانی بر تحمل‌پریشانی و سرزندگی‌ذهنی والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان‌خون انجام شد. روش:روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌‌آزمون–پس‌‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌آماری شامل کلیه والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان‌خون که در سال 1399 در بیمارستان امام خمینی تهران بستری بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 30نفر از والدین کودکان مبتلا به سرطان‌خون واقع در بیمارستان امام خمینی بود که با روش‌نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند.برای انجام پژوهش ابتدا از هر دو گروه پیش‌آزمون با استفاده از پرسشنامه تحمل‌پریشانی و سرزندگی‌ذهنی به عمل آمد و سپس گروه آزمایش به مدت 9 جلسه هرهفته یک‌جلسه‌ی 150 دقیقه‌ای تحت آموزش استواری‌روانی قرار گرفتند. پس از اتمام جلسات آموزشی، هر دو گروه در دو مرحله، یک مرحله بلافاصله پس از پایان آموزش و یک مرحله بعد از گذشت سه ماه از آموزش مجدداً پرسشنامه‌‌ها را تکمیل نمودند و داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط تحلیل شد.یافته‌ها:‌یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در طی مراحل پژوهش تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد نتیجه‌گیری:نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آموزش استواری‌روانی می‌تواند منجر به ارتقای سرزندگی‌ذهنی و تحمل‌پریشانی شود.

چکیده [English]

Aim: The aim of this study was the effectiveness of mental toughness on distress tolerance and mental vitality in parents of children with leukemia. Method: the research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test, post-test and follow-up with control group. The statistical population included all parents of children with leukemia who were admitted to Imam Khomeini Hospital in Tehran in 1399. The sample consisted of 30 parents of children with leukemia located in Imam Khomeini Hospital who were selected by purposive sampling and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. To conduct the research, first both groups were pre-tested using distress tolerance and the mental vitality questionnaires and then the experimental group was trained for 8 sessions per week for a 150-minute session. They were subjected to mental toughness. at the end of the experimental group training sessions, both groups completed the distress and vitality Tolerance questionnaire in two stages, one stage immediately after the end of the training and one stage after three months of training, and the data were analyzed using a mixed ANOVA of repeated measures. Results: findings of this study showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups during the research stages. Conclusion: the results show that mental toughness training due to training can improve the mental vitality and distress.
