Objective: mindfulness is an effective method in order to reduce stress and increase the life quality of sick people affected with ailment. The aim of this research was to study the efficacy mindfulness based on stress reduction on controlling Glycemic and reducing anxiety of diabetics with due attention to BIS type of personality.
Method: So in this experimental research (Pre-testing, post-testing) 30 diabetic with diabetes type 2 (15 experimental group and 15 controlled group) which all were the members of Tehran's Diabetes association, were invited to take part in the research mindfulness was presented in 8 session weekly. Before and after the cure program, Hemoglobin(HbA1c) was measured as an indicator for measuring blood glucose level. In order to analyzing the data co-variance method was used.

Abstract
Aim: Aim of this study was to determine the predictors of hope, so based on theories and previous studies, assumed religious orientation and time perspective as predictors. Method: This is a correlational study, and the statistical population was nearly all 28000 students of Islamic Azad University, Karaj branch. The aim of the current research was to determine the effectiveness of psychotherapy based on life quality on social support found for infertile women in semi-test methodology with pretest-past test plan with control group.
The statistical unit in this study includes all infertile women in Arak in 1394-1395 and statically sample was more than 32 persons (16 persons in test group and 16 persons in control group) they were choosed in available sampling mode in Arak Royan center and both two groups were peer in research standards. Questionnaire tool was used as documentary method for data accumulation .social support was used scales found in this study. Statistical consequential CO-VARIANCE was used to analyze data; the results show that the therapeutic plan of life quality influence found social support and improved that.

Introduction: With the wide spread of social networking, a lot of students spent a significant part of their daily lives in these networks. It is believed that social networking is one of the reasons for Dropout. Although students are influenced by society but the family and parenting style are affected children's future relationships.
Method: 235secondarySchool students from Birjand were selected with random cluster sampling. The Baumrind's parenting styles and Sinha and Singh's adjustment questionnaires also was conducted to collect information. To examine the relationship between variables the Eta test and logistic regression model used to predict the membership and non-membership of students in social networks.
Results: Finding revealed there is no relationship between student membership and achievement. Authoritarian parenting style and student social adjustment are meaningful predictor of student membership in social networks.

Objective: the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of organizational intelligence in self-improvement and social empowerment and the promotion of individual and group intelligence and providing a model based on Albrecht was in the Welfare Department staff of Shahrood . Method: Given that the method of sampling survey, is census, to determine the exact statistical sample of this research, according to adverbs (experience, education and age) were trying to select a sample that can through which reach to the hypothesis of the research (so all managers and experts of social welfare office in the Shahrood were considered) . The data Using hierarchical process and t-test were analyzed. In order to analyze the data, Spss software version 21 and Expert Choice software and LISREL is used. Type of research was practical and the research was descriptive-exploring. Results: In this study, organizational intelligence staff of Shahrood is above it's average and it's components are by weight: shared fate 0.243, strategic insight 0.220, spirit 0.155 , unity and consensus 0.124 , willingness to change 0.108 , application of knowledge 0.107 and performance pressure 0. 043. Conclusion: in this study , identified factors (factors affecting organizational intelligence) in the Albrecht model, in the view of the experts and managers are approved as the factors affecting organizational intelligence of Welfare Administration staff of Shahrood , and all factors with an average above 7 were evaluated. Organizational Intelligence of Welfare Department staff of Shahrood is above the average.

This research was to investigate and compare of learning styles and locus of control in academic groups (human science, basic science, engineering and medical science( of undergraduate students.it is a casual- comparative study through which 364 students of Tabriz university selected by ratio stratified random sampling. Kolb’s learning styles inventory and the Rotter’s locus of control were completed. The data were analyzed using chi- square, One- Way ANOVA and t- test. The results indicate that the learning style was accommodator for human science, convergent for basic science, divergent for engineering and assimilator for medical science. Moreover the locus of control of students, who had accommodator learning style, was more external in comparison with other academic groups. The locus of control of engineering students in comparison with other academic groups and medical science students in comparison with human science was internal. Also medical students in comparison with human science students were more internal .Moreover boys had assimilator and girls had divergent learning style. The locus of control of boys was more internal in comparison with girls. Conclusion: Understanding and awareness of both learning style and locus of control played an important role in determining and predicting of students educational and vocational success. Besides educational authorities should provide programs and curriculum with witch learning style would be appropriate with students’ academic field. Guidelines for using appropriate internal and external locus of control and changing incompatible attribution to promote empowerment, self-esteem and successful educational experience is necessary.

Aim: The aim of this study was to Survey the citation of articles published in Journal of Applied Psychology in Shahid Beheshti University in the timeframe 1390-1394 (numbers 17-35). Methods: It was an applied research. The study population included 19 issue of Journal of Applied Psychology in the years 1390-1394. The total number of citations 19 Number of citations is considered to be approximately equal to 4389, using 96% confidence Morgan with 350 citations to verify the authenticity of documents and in accordance with the APA style has been selected Data collection tools was the checklist based on research of Azade, Vaez & Gharib (2009). Results: The results showed that of 516 citations, 367 citations were no citation error, as well as articles rather than books have citation error and Latin citation sources of error were more than the Persian citation sources. Journal of Applied Psychology (35) of the published numbers were better situation. Conclusion: The results showed that the citation accuracy of the Journal of Applied Psychology citation is better than other similar studies because of the emphasis quarterly in accordance with the format and editing articles submitted to the journal is over and over again
