Method: The research method was quasi-experimental, pretest-posttest and two-month follow-up with experimental and control groups. Statistical population consisted of 123 mothers of 12- to 18-year-old male adolescents whom were referred to Yarestan Counseling Center in Isfahan in 2019. Tools: Tools were Abedin Parenting Stress Questionnaire (1990), Garnefsky's Difficulty of Emotion Regulation (2001), and Dennis and Wenderval's (2010) Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire. 87 mothers with high parenting stress were screened and 40 mothers who met entrance criteria were randomly assigned in experimental group and control group (20 mothers each). Participants in both groups completed all of the questionnaires in three stages. The experimental group received eight session of 90-minute step-by-step training once a week. Data were analyzed using mixed ANOVA with repeated measures. Results: Results indicated that the intervention was effective on parenting stress (F = 9.87, P = 0.003), emotion regulation (F = 9.39, P = 0.004) and cognitive flexibility (F = 9.68). (P = 0.004). The effect remained stable at the follow-up stage. Conclusion: Training this program reforms mothers’ relationship with their male adolescents which leads to parental stress reduction and improves emotion regulation and cognitive flexibility. Therefore, it is an effective method to prevent or resolve the conflicts between parents and male adolescent.}, keywords = {cognitive flexibility,effective parenting,emotion regulation,parental stress,mothers}, title_fa = {اثربخشی برنامة آموزش نظامدار‌ فرزندپروری کارآمد بر استرس والدگری، تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی مادران پسران نوجوان}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف از این مطالعه تعیین اثربخشی برنامة آموزش نظامدار فرزندپروری (استپ) کارآمد بر استرس والدگری، تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی مادران نوجوان پسر بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با گروه گواه و طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با پیگیری دو ماهه و جامعة آماری 133 مادر دارای نوجوان پسر 12 تا 18 ساله مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاورة یارستان شهر اصفهان در سال 1398 بود. ابتدا مادران به پرسشنامة استرس والدگری آبیدین (1983) پاسخ دادند. 87 مادر دارای استرس بالای والدگری تشخیص داده شدند. از بین آن‌ها 40 مادر که واجد ملاک‌های ورود بودند به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و گواه (در هر گروه 20 نفر) جایگزین شدند و پرسشنامه‌های استرس والدگری آبیدین (1990)، دشواری نظم دهی هیجانی گارنفسکی (2001) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (2010) را در سه مرحله تکمیل کردند. آموزش نظامدار فرزندپروری کارآمد بر استرس والدگری آدلر-درایکورس (2004) به گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای یک‌بار در هفته ارائه و داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاکی از تأثیر برنامة آموزش والدین بر استرس والدگری (87/9 =F، 003/0=P)، تنظیم هیجانی (39/9 =F، 004/0=P) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (68/9 =F، 004/0=P) در مرحلة پس‌آزمون و پایداری این تأثیر در مرحلة پیگیری بود. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجایی که آموزش این برنامه با اصلاح روابط مادران با پسران نوجوانشان، استرس والدگری را کاهش و تنظیم هیجانی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی آنها را ارتقاء می دهد، بنابراین برای پیشگیری و یا رفع تعارض بین والدین و پسران نوجوان می‌توان از آن استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {cognitive flexibility,effective parenting,emotion regulation,parental stress,mothers}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_100568.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_100568_87c7eb28a292a731918e9dc95cc274bb.pdf} }
