Method: The statistical population of this study included all patients with leukemia referred to Mahyar Charity in 2019 and 2020, from which 34 patients by referring to the Cohen sample volume the formula was selected using the available sampling method and by random assignment and age, sex and treatment history homogenization, they were divided into two experimental groups and one control group. Participants responded to the Back Anxiety Inventory (1988), the Templer Death Anxiety Scale (1970) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (2003) for pretest, posttest, and follow-up. In order to perform the intervention, the participants in the experimental group underwent 8 sessions of unity-oriented treatment. Analysis of variance with repeated measures and SPSS-24 software was used to analyze the data. Results: The data showed a decrease in post-test scores (4.88±0.69) and follow-up (4.70±0.58) of death anxiety compared to pre-test (10.29±1.04) and the increase in post-test scores (16.17±1.28) and follow-up (16.35±1.22) of resilience compared to pre-test (8.88±1.33) and the control group. In the present study, the interaction of the time*group reduced death anxiety (P=0.001) and increased resilience (P=0.001) compared to the control group. Conclusions: Based on the results of the present study, experts are recommended, in order to reduce the complications of leukemia by providing unity-oriented treatment along with medical therapies to increase patients' resilience and reduce their death anxiety.}, keywords = {anxiety,cancer,Resilience,unity-oriented treatment}, title_fa = {اثربخشی درمان وحدت مدار بر اضطراب مرگ و تاب آوری بیماران مبتلا به سرطان خون}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی درمان وحدت مدار بر اضطراب مرگ و تاب آوری در بیماران مبتلا به سرطان خون بود. روش: جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل تمام بیماران مبتلا به سرطان خون  لوسمی  مراجعه کننده به مؤسسه خیریه مهیار در سال 1398 و 1399 بودند که از میان آنها 34 بیمار با مراجعه به فرمول حجم نمونه کوهن با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند و با گمارش تصادفی و همگنسازی سن، جنس و سابقه درمان در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه اضطراب بک (1988)؛ مقیاس اضطراب مرگ تمپلر (1970) و مقیاس تاب آوری کانر دیویدسون (2003) جمع آوری شدند. به منظور انجام مداخله، شرکت کنندگان گروه آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه درمان وحدت مدار قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و نرم افزار SPSS-24 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: داده‌های حاصل بیانگر کاهش نمرات پس آزمون (88/4±69/0) و پیگیری (70/4±58/0) اضطراب مرگ نسبت به پیش آزمون (29/10±04/1) و افزایش نمرات پس آزمون (17/16±28/1) و پیگیری (35/16±22/1) تاب آوری نسبت به پیش آزمون (88/8±33/1) و گروه گواه بود. اثر متقابل زمان*گروه موجب کاهش اضطراب مرگ (001/0=P) و افزایش تاب آوری (001/0=P) نسبت به گروه گواه شد. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج سودمندی روش و نگرش وحدت‌مدار به زندگی در  کاهش عوارض روانشناختی سرطان خون در کنار درمان‌های پزشکی برای  افزایش تاب آوری این بیماران و کاهش اضطراب مرگ آنها پیشنهاد می‌شود.‌}, keywords_fa = {anxiety,cancer,Resilience,unity-oriented treatment}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_101478.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_101478_f21f9f6f0a1ec60c2d2771608dee5fbf.pdf} }
