For this purpose, 40 person were selected via availability sampling and in regard to include and exclude criteria. The instrument of the study were Baecke's Physical Activity Questionnaire (1982) and Food Craving Questionnaire-Trait of Cepeda- Benito (2000, FCQ-T). The experimental group received the intervention package in 12 online group sessions of 2-hour weekly sessions and 8 individual sessions of tDCS AR/CL stimulation(2Ma for 20 minutes) and the control group received only 8 individual tDCS sessions of AR/CL stimulation(2Ma for 20 minutes). Results: The results of between- within group mixed analysis of variance showed that the combined intervention package of weight control based on Acceptance and Commitment with the Matrix Approach and Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tDCS) had a significant effect on physical activity and cravings of overweight people in comparison with tDCS alone. Conclusion: According to the results, it can be concluded that the therapeutic package of the present study can be a good option to increase Physical Activity and reduce Food Craving.}, keywords = {Overweight,Obesity Treatment,Matrix,ACT,Food Craving,Physical activity}, title_fa = {اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر رویکرد ماتریکس و tDCS بر ولع خوردن و فعالیت بدنی در افراد داری اضافه وزن}, abstract_fa = { هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با رویکرد ماتریکس و تحریک جدار جمجمه‌ای با جریان مستقیم (tDCS) بر ولع خوردن و فعالیت بدنیِ افراد مبتلابه چاقی و اضافه‌وزن صورت گرفته است. روش: طرح پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری سه‌ماهه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه افراد داری اضافه‌وزن شهر تهران در سال 1400 تشکیل دادند که از میان آن‌ها 40 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به شیوه تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه فعالیت بدنی بک (1982) و پرسشنامه ولع خوردن سپدا-بنیتو (2000، FCQ-T) بود. گروه آزمایش بسته مداخلاتی را طی 12 هفته در جلسات گروهی آنلاین 2 ساعته و 8 جلسه فردی tDCS تحریک AR/CL (با شدت 2 میلی‌آمپر و به مدت 20 دقیقه) و گروه کنترل 8 جلسه فردی tDCS تحریک AR/CL (با شدت 2 میلی‌آمپر و به مدت 20 دقیقه) را دریافت کردند. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس آمیخته درون‌گروهی و بین گروهی نشان داد که بسته مداخلاتی درمانی تلفیقی کنترل وزن مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد با رویکرد ماتریکس و تحریک جدار جمجمه‌ای با جریان مستقیم (tDCS) در مقایسه با tDCS صرف، بر فعالیت بدنی و ولع خوردن افراد داری اضافه‌وزن تأثیر معناداری داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس این یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت بسته درمانی مطالعه حاضر می‌تواند گزینه مناسبی جهت افزایش فعالیت بدنی و کاهش ولع خوردن افراد داری اضافه‌وزن باشد.}, keywords_fa = {Overweight,Obesity Treatment,Matrix,ACT,Food Craving,Physical activity}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_102038.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_102038_96c6da105f2e800f2dc2da691a2306a1.pdf} }
