Method: This study is of descriptive method and the design is correlational using structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the study included all couples living in Tehran in 2020, of whom a sample of 167 couples (334 participants) were selected via available sampling method. Short form of Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire Garnefski, Kraaij, 2006 and Self-Compassion Scale Neff, 2003 were used to collect the data. the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: The results indicated that the path coefficient of the actor effect of self-compassion had a positive and significant relationship with adaptive emotion regulation strategies (p <0.01, β=0/83 for females, β=0/60 for males) and a negative and significant relationship with maladaptive emotion regulation strategies in females (p <0.01, β=-0/62) and males (p <0.05, β=-0/60). In terms of partner effect, there was a positive and significant relationship between males' self-compassion and adaptive emotion regulation strategies of their spouses (females) (p <0.05, β=0/19). It should be noted that, both conceptual models of the present research had goodness of fit. Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be said that self-compassion plays an important role in predicting cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Males' self-compassion also plays a role not only in regulating their own emotions but also in their spouses' adaptive emotion regulation strategies.}, keywords = {emotion regulation,Self-compassion,Couples,Actor-Partner}, title_fa = {نقش تعاملی خود شفقت ورزی زوجین در تنظیم شناختی هیجان خود و همسر: مدلسازی وابستگی متقابل عامل-شریک}, abstract_fa = {هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش تعاملی خودشفقت ورزی زوجین در تنظیم شناختی هیجان خود و همسر به روش مدلسازی وابستگی متقابل عامل-شریک انجام شد. روش: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی_همبستگی و مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین ساکن شهر تهران در سال 1399 بود که از بین آن‌ها 167 زوج (334 شرکت کننده) به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. برای گرداوری داده ها از پرسشنامه راهبردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان_فرم کوتاه گارنفسکی و کراج (2006) و مقیاس خودشفقت ورزی نف (2003) استفاده شد. در نهایت داده ها به روش معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ضریب مسیر اثر عامل خودشفقت ورزی رابطه مثبت و معناداری با راهبردهای سازش یافته تنظیم هیجان بتای 0.60 در زنان و بتای 0.83 در مردان (0.01 p<) و رابطه منفی و معناداری با راهبردهای سازش نایافته تنظیم هیجان در زنان (بتای 0.62-، 0.01p<) و مردان (بتای 0.60-، 0.05p<) دارد. همچنین، در زمینه اثر شریک، تنها بین خودشفقت ورزی مردان و راهبردهای سازش یافته تنظیم هیجان همسرانشان (زنان) رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد (بتای 0.19، 0.05p<). علاوه براین، هر دو مدل پژوهش از برازش عالی برخوردار است. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش می توان گفت که خودشفقت ورزی نقش مهمی را در پیش بینی راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان ایفا می کند. همچنین خودشفقت ورزی مردان نه تنها بر تنظیم هیجان خود بلکه بر راهبردهای سازش یافته تنظیم هیجان همسرانشان نیز نقش دارد.}, keywords_fa = {تنظیم هیجان,خود‌ شفقت‌ورزی,زوجین,عامل-شریک}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_102079.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_102079_64bcebe6fa897d388d3c0938bde9b836.pdf} }
