Method: In this correlational study, 297 students (116 male and 163 female) who were selected by available sampling method, responded to the Five Factor Personality Traits Questionnaire (McCrae & Costa, 1987), the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile-II (Walker, Sechrist & Pender, 1995) and The Problematic and Risky Internet Use Screening Scale (Jelenchick & colleagues, 2014). Results: Results indicated that the partially mediated model of health behaviors on the relationship between personality traits and problematic and risky internet use had good fit to data. All of the regression weights in hypothesized model were statistically significant and the big five personality traits and health behavior variables accounted for 42% of the variance in problematic and risky internet use. Conclusion: Overall, the results of the present study in line with the other concerns of theoretical and experimental movements showed that the big five personality factors through strengthening or weakening sources of self-regulation such as affective states, perceptions of control and goal-based orientations and then elicitation health-promoting/inhibiting lifestyle behaviors, were effective in predicting the behavior of risky and problematic use of internet technology in students.}, keywords = {Problematic And Risky Internet Use,Health Behaviors,Personality Traits}, title_fa = {نقش واسطه‌ای رفتارهای سلامت در رابطة پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت و استفادة پرخطر و مشکل‌آفرین از اینترنت}, abstract_fa = {هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف آزمون نقش واسطهای رفتارهای سلامت در رابطة ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و رفتار استفادة پرخطر و مشکلآفرین از اینترنت در دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: در این پژوهش همبستگی، 279 دانشجو (116 پسر و 163 دختر) که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شدند، به نسخة کوتاه پرسشنامه پنج عاملی بزرگ شخصیت (مک‌کری و کاستا، 1987)، نیمرخ سبک زندگی ارتقا دهندة سلامت ـ نسخة تجدید‌نظرشده دوم (والکر، سیچریست و پندر، 1995) و مقیاس غربالگری استفادة پرخطر و مشکل‌آفرین از اینترنت (جلینکینگ و همکاران، 2014) پاسخ دادند. به منظور آزمون روابط مفروض در مدل پیشنهادی از روش آماری مدل‌یابی معادله ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مدل واسطه‌مندی نسبی رفتارهای ارتقا دهندة سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور در رابطة ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و استفادة پرخطر و مشکلآفرین از اینترنت با داده‌ها برازش مطلوبی داشت. نتایج نشان داد که در مدل مفروض، تمامی وزن‌های رگرسیونی از لحاظ آماری معنادار بودند و متغیرهای صفات شخصیت و رفتارهای سلامت، 42 درصد از واریانس نمرات رفتارهای استفادة پرخطر و مشکل‌آفرین از اینترنت را تبیین کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع، نتایج مطالعة حاضر همسو با دیگر دغدغة تحرکات نظری و تجربی نشان داد که پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت از طریق تقویت و یا تضعیف منابع خودنظم‌بخشی مانند حالت‌های عاطفی، ادراکات از کنترل و جهت‌گیری‌های هدف‌مدارانه و متعاقب آن فراخوانی رفتارهای تسهیل‌گر/بازدارنده سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور، در پیش‌بینی رفتار استفادة پرخطر و مشکل‌آفرین از فناوری اینترنت در دانشجویان موثر واقع می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {استفادة پرخطر و مشکل‌آفرین از اینترنت,رفتارهای سلامت,ویژگی‌های شخصیتی}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_102316.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_102316_82068ae339fcb302d4ee3a868dfe2d06.pdf} }
