Methods: the method of this study was experimental and adopted pretest-posttest control group design. A total of 34 undergraduate freshmen students among 1200 students in academic year 2013-2014 University of Shahid Beheshti were selected using convenience sampling and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The study instruments included Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale, Revised Life Orientation Test and Dysfunctional Attitudes Scale. The Penn program on a weekly basis during six two-hour sessions was trained to experimental group. Results: The results of covariance indicated that Penn resiliency program was effective in decreasing scores of depression, anxiety, stress symptoms and dysfunctional attitudes and increasing optimism in students and that their permanence was observed two months after the experiment. Conclusion: In sum, based on the results of the study, the Penn resiliency program is effective to decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress and dysfunctional attitudes and increasing of optimism in students. It can be used in prevention of mental disorders in universities freshman students.}, keywords = {Penn Resiliency Program- optimism- depression and anxiety symptoms- dysfunctional attitudes}, title_fa = {اثربخشی برنامه تاب‌آوری پنسیلوانیا بر کاهش علائم افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و افزایش خوش‌بینی در دانشجویان}, abstract_fa = {هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی برنامه تاب‌آوری پنسیلوانیا بر کاهش نشانگان افسردگی، اضطراب، استرس و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و افزایش خوش‌بینی در دانشجویان انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. 34 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش از بین 1200 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی ورودی جدید سال تحصیلی 93-1392 دانشگاه شهید بهشتی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس؛ مقیاس نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و فرم تجدید نظر شده آزمون جهت‌گیری زندگی بود. برنامه تاب‌آوری پنسیلوانیا به صورت هفتگی طی شش جلسه دو ساعته به گروه آزمایشی، آموزش داده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد برنامه تاب‌آوری پنسیلوانیا در کاهش نمرات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و افزایش خوش‌بینی در دانشجویان مؤثر بوده است و نتایج بعد از دو ماه در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار مانده بود.  نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که برنامه تاب‌آوری پنسیلوانیا، در کاهش علائم افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس و نگرش‌های ناکارآمد و افزایش خوش‌بینی در دانشجویان، برنامه‌ایی سودمند است و از این برنامه می‌توان در جهت پیشگیری از بروز آسیب‌های روانی در دانشجویان ورودی جدید دانشگاه‌ها استفاده نمود.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_96494.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_96494_74b47abc5d8a7a163141dac20db6a433.pdf} }
