Methods: Research method was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, and control group and follow up. The statistical population (N = 94) were male and female adolescents referred to the emergency department of Imam Khomeini and Taleghani hospitals in the city of Kermanshah in western Iran for attempted suicide. Of these, using convenience sampling, 30 teenagers were selected and randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. Measurement tools were Hazan & Shaver’s Attachment Styles 1987, Descutner and Thelen’s Fear of Intimacy (1991), Khajeh Ahmadi, Pouladi & Bahreini’s Addiction to Social Networks Questionnaires (2016), Hayes and Rose’s Acceptance and Commitment Treatment Program 2008. The experimental group subjects received eight weekly 90-minute sessions of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Data gathered from questionnaires filled out by both groups were analyzed in three stages using mixed variance analysis with repeated measurement. Results: Findings showed that acceptance and commitment treatment had a significant effect on insecure attachments (F= 26.10, P= 0.001), fear of intimacy (F= 18.19, P= 0.001), and addiction to social networks (F= 26.83, P= 0.001) and this effect remained constant in the three-month follow-up phase. Conclusion: Since acceptance and commitment therapy leads to psychological flexibility and individual commitment to performing meaningful actions based on human values in life; it can be used as an effective intervention method for the treatment of psychological problems, including suicidal attempts in adolescents.}, keywords = {Acceptance,addiction,Commitment,insecure attachment,social networks,suicidal}, title_fa = {اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر دلبستگی ناایمن، ترس از صمیمیت و اعتیاد به شبکه‌های اجتماعی در نوجوانان دارای سابقه خودکشی}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر دلبستگی ناایمن، ترس از صمیمیت و اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی در نوجوانان دارای سابقه خودکشی بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با گروه گواه و طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری و جامعه آماری 94 نوجوان دختر و پسر دارای سابقه اقدام به خودکشی بود که در سال 1395 به اورژانس مرکز درمانی امامخمینی واقع در منطقه یک و مرکز درمانی طالقانی واقع در منطقه 8 کرمانشاه مراجعه کرده بودند. به‌شکل در دسترس، 30 نوجوان انتخاب و بهشکل تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامههای سبکهای دلبستگی هازان و شیور 1987، ترس از صمیمیت دسکانتر و ثلن (1991)، اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی خواجه احمدی، پولادی و بحرینی (1395) و برنامه درمان پذیرش و تعهد هیز و روز، 2008 بود که طی 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته، یکبار در هفته در مورد گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. هر دو گروه در سه مرحله به پرسشنامههای پژوهش پاسخ دادند و دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازهگیری مکرر تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر دلبستگی ناایمن (10/26 =F، 001/0 =P)، ترس از صمیمیت (19/18 =F، 001/0 =P) و اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی (83/26 =F، 001/0 =P) اثر داشته و این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری سه ماهه پایدار مانده است. نتیجهگیری: از آن‌جا که درمان پذیرش و تعهد منجر به انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و تعهد فرد به انجام اعمال معنادار مبتنی بر ارزشهای انسانی میشود؛ میتوان از آن بهعنوان روش مداخلهای مؤثر برای درمان مسائل روانشناختی منجمله پیشگیری از اقدام به خودکشی نوجوانان استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {Acceptance,addiction,Commitment,insecure attachment,social networks,suicidal}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_96964.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_96964_074939827397fa9c35ed3ff6b53a3947.pdf} }
