Method: Researchmethod was quasi-experimental using pretest, post-test and a three monthfollow up with control group. The statistical population included all 800married female teachers who were working in the City of Abhar EducationAuthority in the academic year 2017-18. 260 participants were selected bysystematic random sampling and responded to the Oxford HappinessQuestionnaire )Argyle, Martin, and Krassland, 1989( and then from the 124who scored below 43, 45 subjects were selected randomly and divided intothree groups, consisting of 15 participants each. One group received ACTHayes & Strosahl (2010(; another group received QoL based therapy Frish(2016) and a third received no therapy at all (the control group). Participantstook part in eight sessions of 90 minutes duration each held once a week. Datawas analyzed using mixed analysis of variance with repeated measures.Results: Results showed that both therapy programs significantly increasedteachers’ total scores of happiness as well as life satisfaction (F= 94.08),positive mood (F= 19.19), health efficacy (F= 56.68) and self-esteem (F=48.55) at the 0.01 level. Follow-up analyses showed that these results remainedstable after three months. No significant difference was found between the twoexperimental groups. Conclusion: Since quality of life therapy emphasizes thepromotion of happiness and life satisfaction, and ACT leads to psychologicalflexibility and commitment, these two methods can be applied as effectiveintervention methods to increase happiness of teachers. }, keywords = {Acceptance,Commitment,efficacy,happiness,life quality}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش شادکامی معلم‌های زن}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش اثربخشی آموزش رویکرد مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی در مقایسه با درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر افزایش شادکامی بود. روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری 3 ماهه و جامعه آماری تمامی معلمهای زن متأهل شاغل در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان ابهر در سال تحصیلی 97-96 به تعداد 800 نفر بود. به صورت تصادفی منظم از میان آنها 260 نفر انتخاب و پرسشنامه شادکامی آکسفورد آرجیل، مارتین و کراسلند (1989) توسط آنها  تکمیل شد. از 124 نفری که نمره پایینتر از 43 داشتند؛ 45 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و در سه گروه 15 نفری درمان پذیرش و تعهد هیز و استروسال (2010) آزمایشی1، رویکرد مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی فریش (2016) آزمایشی 2 و گواه جایگزین شدند. جلسه‌های آموزشی در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای در هفته یکبار برای دو گروه آزمایشی اجرا و دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس مختلط با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان حاکی از اثربخشی هر دو برنامه آموزشی بر نمره کل شادکامی (08/94 F=)، رضایت از زندگی (19/19 F=)، خلق مثبت (68/56 F=)، سلامتی (55/48 F=)، کارامدی (55/20 F=) و عزت نفس (42/7 F=) و پایداری آن در مرحله پیگیری بود؛ ولی اثربخشی دو روش در افزایش شادکامی آنها متفاوت نبود (106/0 =P). نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که رویکرد مبتنی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی بر ارتقای شادکامی و رضایت از زندگی تاکید دارد و درمان پذیرش و تعهد نیز منجر به انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی و تعهد فرد می‌شود؛ میتوان از این دو روش بهعنوان روش مداخله‌ای مؤثر برای افزایش شادکامی افراد، بهویژه معلمهای زن شاغل استفاده کرد.}, keywords_fa = {Acceptance,Commitment,efficacy,happiness,life quality}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_97097.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_97097_a955b0240e440284972152b3bd71833d.pdf} }
