Methods: The Research method was correlationand statistical population included 239 women with the first experience ofpregnancy in their last trimester in Kermanshah city in 2017. Based onKerjcie-Morgan table 1970, a sample of 144 was estimated and 158individuals were selected through available sampling after considering theadmission criteria among pregnant women referring to Samen-ol-aemmehComprehensive Health Services Centers, shahid rajaee, Haj-afghanian,shahid motahhari, vahdat and sajjadieh. The instruments were Littleton Fearof Body Image Questionnaire (2005), Cognitive Emotion RegulationQuestionnaire (CERQ; Garnefski, Kraaij, & Spinhoven, 2001), and WijmaDelivery Expectancy Questionnaire (1998). After excluding 12 unclearquestionnaires, the data of 146 individuals were analyzed by stepwiseregression method. Results: The results showed that the variables explainingthe variance of fear of delivery were respectively; fear of body image (β=0.384, P= 0.01), negative strategies of cognitive emotion regulation (β=0.231, P= 0.01) and positive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation (β=0.172, P= 0.01). Conclusion: The more pregnant women with first experienceworry about their body image and use to the negative strategies of cognitiveemotion regulation, the more they will experience fears of delivery.Therefore, it is recommended that psychotherapists and counselors withmodifying this group’s attitude about their body image and teaching themapplying positive strategies of cognitive emotion regulation, reduce their fearof delivery and the resulted injuries. }, keywords = {body image,cognitive regulation,emotion,fear of childbirth,Strategies}, title_fa = {رابطه ترس از تصویر بدنی و راهبردهای نظم جویی شناختی هیجان با ترس از زایمان مادران باردار نوبت اول}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین رابطه ترس از تصویر بدنی و راهبردهای نظم جویی شناختی هیجان با ترس از زایمان مادران باردار بود. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری زنان نخست زای سه ماهه آخر بارداری شهر کرمانشاه در سال ۱۳۹۶ به تعداد 239 نفر بود. بر اساس جدول کرجسی-مورگان 1970، تعداد نمونه 144 نفر برآورد و به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 158 نفر پس از رعایت ملاک‌های ورود از بین زنان باردار مراجعه‌ کننده به مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت ثامن‌الائمه، شهید رجایی، حاج افغانیان، شهید مطهری، وحدت و سجادیه انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه ترس از تصویر بدنی لیتلتون، اکسام و پوری (2005)، تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنفسکی، کرایج و اسپینهوون (2001) و انتظار زایمان ویژما (1998) بود. پس از کنار گذاشتن 12 پرسشنامه مخدوش، داده‌های 146 نفر به روش رگرسیون گام به گام تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین متغیر تبیین ‌کننده واریانس ترس از زایمان به ترتیب مربوط به ترس از تصویر بدنی (384/0 =β، 01/0 =P) راهبردهای منفی نظم جویی شناختی هیجان (231/0 =β، 01/0 =P) و راهبردهای مثبت نظم جویی شناختی هیجان (172/0 =β، 01/0 =P) است. نتیجه‌گیری: از آنجا که هر اندازه زنان باردار نوبت اول، نگرانی بیشتری درباره تصویر بدنی داشته باشند و از راهبردهای منفی نظم جویی شناختی هیجان استفاده کنند؛ ترس از زایمان بیشتری را تجربه خواهند کرد؛ پیشنهاد می‌شود که روان‌درمانگران و مشاوران با اصلاح نگرش این قشر در مورد تصویر بدنی و آموزش به‌کارگیری راهبردهای مثبت نظم جویی شناختی هیجان، ترس از زایمان و آسیبهای ناشی از آن را کاهش دهند.}, keywords_fa = {ترس از زایمان,تصویر بدنی,راهبردها,نظم جویی شناختی,هیجان}, url = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_97238.html}, eprint = {https://apsy.sbu.ac.ir/article_97238_afa70b7b2c7c6bd71cd5140781811581.pdf} }
