اثربخشی برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهنآگاهی بر کیفیت زندگی و میزان درد در بیماران دچار سرطان پستان

اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مفاهیم رویکرد سیستمی بوئن بر تمایزیافتگی مادران
چکیده هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین میزان اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مفاهیم رویکرد سیستمی بوئن بر تمایزیافتگی مادران بود. روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری 2 ماهه و جامعه آماری 430 مادر ساکن در شهرک فجر در سال 1391 بود. از این تعداد، مدیر شهرک از150 مادر که معیارهای این پژوهش را داشتند دعوت کرد که در سالن همایش حضور یابند. سپس اسامی مادران مایل به همکاری، داخل کیسه ریخته و 30 مادر از طریق قرعهکشی انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی اسکورون 2003 بود و مداخله در 17 جلسه، هر جلسه 90 دقیقه در هفته یکبار اجرا شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش مفاهیم رویکرد سیستمی بوئن بر نمره کلی تمایزیافتگی، واکنشپذیری هیجانی، گریزعاطفی، همآمیختگی عاطفی با دیگران، تاثیر داشته ولی برخرده مقیاس جایگاه من تاثیری نداشته است. نتایج دادهها بعد از دو ماه در همه خرده مقیاسها تفاوت معنیدار با گروه گواه و پایداری اثر آموزش در گروه آزمایش را نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: چون آموزش تمایزیافتگی میتواند به استقلال فرزندان و رضایت خانوادگی زوجها کمک کند، پیشنهاد میشود از رویکرد سیستمی بوئن بهعنوان رویکردی اثربخش در افزایش میزان تمایزیافتگی مادران و موارد مشابه استفاده شود.

اثربخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی بر استرس ادراکشده، خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران دچار سرطان پستان
چکیدههدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی بر استرس ادراکشده، خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران دچار سرطان پستان بود. روش: روش مطالعه نیمهآزمایشی با گروه گواه و طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری دوماهه و جامعهآماری کلیهی زنان مراجعهکننده به بخش آنکولوژی مرکز تشخیصی- درمانی بیمارستان هفت تیر تهران بهتعداد 1200 نفر بود که120 نفر آنها از مراجعان تازه تشخیص در سال 1392 بودند. پس از مصاحبه 30 نفر که ملاکهای ورود به پژوهش را داشتند، بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شد.ند ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامههای استرس ادراکشده کوهن، کامارک و مرملستین (1983)، خودکارآمدی شرر و مادوکس (1982؛ نقل از ملکی پیربازاری، نوری و صرامی،1390) و ویراست سوم پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان پژوهشهای اروپایی آرونسون (1987؛ نقل از صفایی، دهکردی و طباطبایی، 1386) بود. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 2 ساعته هفتهای یکبار آموزش دید. یافتهها: نتایج نشاندهنده اثربخشی رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی در کاهش استرس ادراکشده و افزایش خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران بود و اثر آن پس از 2 ماه نیز باقیماند. نتیجهگیری: از رفتار درمانی دیالکتیکی میتوان بهعنوان روش موثری برای کاهش استرس، افزایش خودکارآمدی و کیفیت زندگی بیماران دچار سرطان استفاده کرد. کلیدواژهها: استرس ادراکشده، خودکارآمدی، دیالکتیکی، رفتار درمانی ، کیفیت زندگی

ساختار عاملی و ویژگیهای روانسنجی سیاهه رواندرمانی مثبتنگر
چکیده هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف آزمون ساختار عاملی و ویژگیهای روانسنجی سیاهه رواندرمانی مثبتنگر در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری تعداد 976 دانشجو شامل 647 دختر و 329 پسر بود که با روش تمام شمار انتخاب شد. ابزارهای پژوهش، سیاهه رواندرمانی مثبتنگر رشید و سلیگمن (2013)، مقیاس رضایت از زندگی داینر، امونز، لارسن و گریفین (1985)؛ نسخه کوتاه پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989) و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس لاویباند (1995) بود. روایی عاملی این سیاهه با روشهای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و همسانی درونی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهدست آمد. یافتهها: از مجموع 25 سؤال اولیه، سه سؤال به دلیل عدم همبستگی، حذف شد و تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی با استفاده از چرخش واریماکس نشان داد سیاهه مذکور از پنج عامل هیجانهای مثبت، تعهد، معنی، روابط و موفقیت تشکیل شده و میزان اعتبار 84/0 است. همبستگی این سیاهه با مقیاس رضایت از زندگی، بهزیستی روانشناختی و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس حکایت از روایی همگرا و افتراقی دارد. نتیجهگیری: در مجموع نتایج، بیانگر آن است که سیاهه رواندرمانی مثبتنگر در نمونه ایرانی بهمنظور ارزیابی برایند رواندرمانی مثبتنگر ابزاری مفید و کاربردی است. کلید واژهها: ساختار عاملی، سیاهه رواندرمانی، مثبتنگر، ویژگیهای روانسنجی

مقایسهی سرسختی روانشناختی و نوع مکانیسم دفاعی در افراد تحت درمان با همودیالیز و افراد عادی
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین و مقایسهی میزان سرسختی و نوع مکانیسم دفاعی بیماران تحت درمان همودیالیز و افراد سالم بود. روش: روش مطالعه علیمقایسهای و نمونه پژوهش 100 بیمار تحت درمان همودیالیز مراجعهکننده به دو بیمارستان سوم شعبان و شهید اشرفی اصفهانی در منطقهی 12 تهران و همچنین 100 نفر افراد عادی ساکن همان منطقه بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به آزمونهای سرسختی روانشناختی کیامرثی (1385) و مکانیسم دفاعی اندروز، سینگ و باند (1993) پاسخ دادند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد میزان سرسختی روانشناختی این بیماران پایینتر از افراد عادی است. در مورد استفاده از مکانیسم دفاعی رشد یافته، بین افراد تحت درمان همودیالیز و افراد عادی تفاوت معنیداری مشاهده نشد. استفاده از سبکدفاعی روانآزرده در افراد تحت درمان همودیالیز رایجتر از افراد عادی بود، ولی استفاده از سبک دفاعی رشد نایافته در افراد سالم بیشتر از افراد بیمار بود. همچنین مشخص شد هرچه سرسختی افراد بالاتر باشد از مکانیسم دفاعی رشد یافتهتری استفاده میکنند. نتیجهگیری: تقویت ویژگی سرسختی میتواند خطر ابتلاء به این بیماری را کاهش دهد. همچنین شناخت الگوهای دفاعی نامناسب این بیماران میتواند ضمن شناسایی عوامل روانشناختی پدیدآورنده اختلال، منجر به مداخلههای درمانی خاص جهت تعدیل شیوههای دفاعی شود. کلیدواژه: سرسختی روانشناختی، مکانیسم دفاعی، همودیالیز

اثربخشی آموزش الگوی برنامهریزی درسی مبتنی بر خود نظمدهی و پاداش بر کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانشجویان
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی آموزش الگوی برنامهریزی درسی مبتنی بر خود نظمدهی و پاداش در کاهش اضطراب امتحان دانشجویان بود. روش: روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی مراجعهکننده به مرکز خدمات روانشناختی و مشاوره دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بود. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس از میان آنها 32 دانشجو، 16 دختر و 16 پسر بر اساس نتایج مصاحبه تشخیصی و نمرههای پرسشنامه اضطراب امتحان فریدمن و بنداز-جاکوب (1997) انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شد. الگوی برنامهریزی درسی مبتنی بر خود نظمدهی و پاداش زیندر و ماتیوس (2005) در قالب شش جلسه مشاوره تحصیلی هفتهای یک جلسه بهمدت 60 دقیقه در گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تفاوت گروه آزمایش در نمره کلی و ترکیب ابعاد سهگانه اضطراب امتحان در مقایسه با پیشآزمون و گروه گواه معنیدار، و اثرپذیری دو مؤلفه خطای شناختی و تنیدگی به میزان قابل توجهی، بیشتر مربوط به مؤلفه تحقیر اجتماعی است. نتیجهگیری: برنامه آموزش الگوی برنامهریزی درسی مبتنی بر خود نظمدهی و پاداش روش مؤثری است که از طریق اصلاح و کنترل خطای شناختی و تنیدگی دانشجویان تا حد قابلتوجهی سطح اضطراب امتحان دانشجویان را کاهش میدهد. کلیدواژهها: اضطراب امتحان، برنامهریزی درسی، پاداش، خود نظمدهی.

ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه جدید سیاهه کمالگرایی در دختران نوجوان ایرانی
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ویژگیهای روانسنجی نسخه جدید سیاهه کمالگرایی در نوجوانان دختر انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری کلیه دختران پیشدانشگاهی دبیرستانهای دولتی شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی93-1392 بود. از میان آنها 832 دانش آموز به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند و به سیاهه کمالگرایی هیل، هالسمن، فار، کیبلر، ویسنتی و کندی (2004) پاسخ دادند. برای تعیین روایی عاملی سیاهه کمالگرایی از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و برای بررسی همسانی درونی آن از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل مؤلفههای اصلی با استفاده از چرخش وریمکس نشان داد که سیاهه کمالگرایی از هشت زیرمقیاس نگرانی درباره اشتباهها، فشار والدینی ادراکشده، نشخوار ذهنی، نیاز به تأیید دیگران و معیارهای بالا برای دیگران، تلاش برای ممتاز بودن، نظم و سازماندهی و هدفمندی تشکیل شده است. همچنین، نتایج الگوهای تحلیل اکتشافی و تأییدی ساختار مرتبه بالاتر سیاهه کمالگرایی از الگوی هشت مقیاسی سیاهه کمالگرایی و همچنین از دو عامل ترکیبی سیاهه کمالگرایی شامل کمالگرایی وظیفهمحور و کمالگرایی خود ارزیابانه بهطورتجربی حمایت کرد. مقادیر ضرایب همسانی درونی هشت مقیاس بین 58/0 تا 86/0 بود. نتیجهگیری: سیاهه کمالگرایی برای اندازهگیری مفهوم کمالگرایی در نوجوانان ایرانی ابزاری سودمند و کارآمد است و میتوان از آن برای مقاصد بالینی و پژوهشی استفاده کرد.
