اثر بازگشتپذیری انتخاب بر تغییر نگرش در ناهماهنگی شناختی: پارادایم انتخاب آزاد
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثر بازگشتپذیری انتخاب بر تغییر نگرش در پارادایم انتخاب آزاد نظریه ناهماهنگی شناختی فستینگر (1957) بود. روش: پژوهش شبهآزمایشی در قالب طرح بینآزمودنی 4 گروهی با پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و گروه گواه و جامعه آماری 650 دانشجوی روانشناسی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی در سال تحصیلی 94-1393بود. برای حضور 15 نفر در هر گروه طبق پیشنهاد دلاور (1396)، 60 نفر از آنها بهشکل نمونهگیری در دسترس و همتاسازی از نظر سن و جنس انتخاب و به دو گروه انتخاب آسان و دو گروه دشوار 30 نفری و هریک به گروههای انتخاب بازگشتپذیر و بازگشتناپذیر 15 نفری تقسیم شدند. هشت آزمون روانشناسی که بر اساس میزان پیچیدگی انتخابشده بودند به آزمودنیها داده شد تا قبل و بعد از انتخاب به ارزیابی مطلوبیت آنها بپردازند. گروه بازگشتپذیر پس از انتخاب میتوانستند آن را عوض کنند. تغییر نگرش، بهوسیله پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته 1393 این پژوهشگران، در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون سنجیده شد. با حذف 6 پرسشنامههای ناقص، دادههای 54 نفر با تحلیل واریانس عاملی تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد در گروههای انتخاب دشوار، نگرش گروه انتخاب بازگشتناپذیر به گزینه انتخابشده بهطورمعناداری مثبتتر شد درحالیکه در گروه انتخاب بازگشتپذیر نگرش منفیتر شد (48/29=F، 001/0=P). نتیجهگیری: این نتایج نشان میدهند فقط در انتخابهای بازگشتناپذیر تغییر نگرش مثبت رخ میدهد. از اینرو فروشندگان کالا و خدمات برای کمک به مثبتتر شدن نگرش خریداران، بهتر است فرایند تعویض کالا را بیش از حد هموار نسازند.

طراحی الگوی پرورش کارکنان با اشتیاق در بخش دولتی ایران
چکیدههدف: هدف پژوهش، طراحی الگویی برای پرورش کارکنان با اشتیاق در بخش دولتی ایران بود. روش: روش پژوهش شامل فراترکیب، پیمایش و نظام خبره فازی بود. جامعه آماری در روش فراترکیب، تعداد 158 مقاله، در روش پیمایش، تعداد 1039 نفر از کارکنان سه اداره کل استان آذربایجان غربی و در روش الگوسازی ریاضی، 20 نفر از کارکنان بود. نمونهگیری در فراترکیب، انتخاب 65 مقاله از میان 158 مقاله از مجلههای معتبر داخلی بهزبان فارسی از سال 1389 تا 1395و خارجی بهزبان انگلیسی از سال 2003 تا 2016، و در روش پیمایش انتخاب 290 نفر از کارکنان، و در روش الگوسازی ریاضی انتخاب 20 نفر از کارکنان برای تکمیل ابزار پژوهش بود. برای تعیین اعتبار مقیاس از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و نیز اعتبار همگرا از طریق محاسبه همبستگی از پرسشنامه 56 گزینهای تائیدشده توسط خبرگان در بهار 1396، استفاده شد و برای تعیین پایایی، ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و ضریب پایایی بازآزمایی محاسبه شد و پس از حذف 6 پرسشنامه ناقص و 3 داده پرت، دادههای 281 آزمودنی ازطریق رگرسیون سلسله مراتبی تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ضریب مسیر کل بین متغیر مکنون فرهنگ ایرانی-اسلامی و حالتهای روانشناختی (375/0β=، 001/0=P) و ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین مؤلفههای شرایط شغلی (125/0β=، 001/0=P)، شخصی (134/0β=، 01/0=P) و سازمانی (231/0β=، 002/0=P) با متغیر اشتیاق کارکنان مثبت و معنادار است. نتیجهگیری: از آنجا که جامعه هدف، ابعاد و مؤلفهها و شاخصهای استخراجی از روش فراترکیب را تائید کرد؛ بنابراین توجه به مؤلفههای دارای وزن عاملی بالاتر در اشتیاق کارکنان، میتواند ظرفیتهای روانشناختی بیشتری را در آنها خلق کند.

تحلیل چند سطحی بهزیستی روانشناختی نوجوانها از راه عاملیت فردی، فرهنگ مدرسه و حمایت خانواده
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش عاملیت فردی، فرهنگ مدرسه و حمایت خانواده در پیشبینی بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دبیرستانهای شهر رامسر و تنکابن با حجم 7500 نفر در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 بود. با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای 707 نفر از بین 6 منطقه و 15 دبیرستان دخترانه نیکان، اخضری، گاذر، رفیعی، هاشم ساداتی، خان محمدی، امام خمینی، سما، فضیلت، عصمت، امیرالمؤمنین، امام خامنهای، نرجس، فروغ دانش و فرزانگان و 12 دبیرستان پسرانه لاریجانی، میرباقری، افتخاری، حریری، خاتم الانبیا، امام (ره)، امام حسین، شهید رزاقی، شهید بهشتی، شهید رجایی، شهید باهنر و شهید مصلحی انتخاب شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس عاملیت جاسکیلا، پویکییس، واسالامپی، واللا و راسکوپاتونن، 2016، مقیاس بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (1989)، مقیاس فرهنگ مدرسه هیگینز-دالساندرو و ساد (1997) و مقیاس حمایت خانواده ساندز و پلانکت (2005) استفاده و دادهها با روش تحلیل چند سطحی تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که عاملیت فردی (32/0 =β، 003/0 =P)، فرهنگ مدرسه (60/0 =β، 001/0 =P) و حمایت خانواده (43/0 =β، 004/0 =P) هریک قادر به پیشبینی بخشی از واریانس بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان هستند. نتیجهگیری: از آنجا که دانشآموزان برخوردار از عاملیت از وضعیت بهزیستی روانشناختی بالاتری نسبت به سایرین برخوردارند و حمایتهای اجتماعی، بهرهمندی از روابط مناسب با معلمان و دوستان، امکانات مناسب مدرسهای و حمایتهای والدین نیز نقش اثرگذاری بر بهزیستی روانشناختی آنها دارد؛ بنابراین لازم است با ارتقا این متغیرها، بهزیستی روانشناختی دانشآموزان را افزایش داد.

رابطه دانش فراشناخت و بهزیستی مدرسه: نقش واسطهای هیجانهای تحصیلی
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش واسطهای هیجانهای تحصیلی در رابطه بین دانش فراشناخت و بهزیستی مدرسه در قالب یک الگوی علّی بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری تمامی دانشآموزان دختر و پسر دوره متوسطه دوم شهرستان لردگان در سال تحصیلی 96-1395 به تعداد 3008 نفر بود. با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای تعداد 456 نفر انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامههای آگاهیهای فراشناختی شرا و دنیسون (1994)، مقیاس شرم و گناه تامپسون، شارپ و الکساندر (2008)، خرده مقیاس امید پرسشنامه هیجانهای تحصیلی پکران، گوتز و پری (2005) و مقیاس بهزیستی مدرسه کاپلان و ماهر (1999) پاسخ دادند. پس از حذف 18 پرسشنامه مخدوش و 24 داده پرت، اطلاعات 414 آزمودنی با روش تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرم افزار آموس آزمون شد. یافتهها: تحلیل دادهها نشان دهنده اثر مستقیم دانش فراشناخت بر بهزیستی مدرسه (19/0 =β، 001/0 =P)، اثر مستقیم هیجان گناه بر بهزیستی مدرسه (21/0 =β، 001/0 =P) و نیز نتایج بوت استراپ حاکی از نقش واسطهای هیجانهای تحصیلی در رابطه بین دانش فراشناخت و بهزیستی مدرسه بود (51/0 =β، 001/0 =P)؛ به این شکل که دانش فراشناخت از طریق افزایش هیجان گناه و امید و کاهش هیجان شرم منجر به افزایش بهزیستی مدرسه شده بود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش، پیشنهاد میشود دانش فراشناخت به دانشآموزان آموزش داده شود تا آنها با افزایش هیجانهای امید و گناه و کاهش هیجان شرم بتوانند بهزیستی مدرسه را در خود ارتقاء دهند.

نقش واسطهای خودپنداره در رابطه بین دلبستگی به والدین و همسالان با رفتارهای جامعه پسند
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش واسطهای خودپنداره در رابطه بین دلبستگی به والدین و همسالان با رفتارهای جامعه پسند بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل تمام دانشآموزان دختر متوسطه اول پایههای هفتم تا نهم مدارس نواحی یک و دو شهرستان همدان به تعداد 21690 بود. میشل 1993، نسبت 10 تا 20 آزمودنی به ازای هر متغیر مشاهده شده و گاداگنولی و ولیسر (1998) نیز در پژوهش با رویکرد الگویابی و تحلیل مسیر، نمونهای با حجم 300 تا 450 نفر را ضروری میدانند. بنابراین در این پژوهش با در نظر گرفتن احتمال ریزش نمونه۵70 نفر، به روش نمونه برداری تصادفی دو مرحلهای به این صورت که از هر ناحیه 2 مدرسه به نام مدرسه شاهد 1 و 2 و مدرسه فروغ و فاطمه الزهرا و از هر مدرسه 4 کلاس انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه دلبستگی به والدین و همسالان آرمسدن و گرینبرگ (1987)، پرسشنامه خودپنداره ساراسوت 1984 و مجموعه شخصیت جامعه پسند پنر، فریتشر، کریگر و فرایفلد (1995) بود. پس از حذف 48 پرسشنامه مخدوش و 2 داده پرت، دادهها با استفاده از روش الگویابی معادلههای ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم دلبستگی به همسالان با رفتارهای جامعه پسند (064/0=β، 001/0=P)، دلبستگی به پدر با رفتارهای جامعه پسند (033/0=β، 018/0=P) و دلبستگی به مادر با رفتارهای جامعه پسند (022/0=β، 037/0=P) مثبت و معنادار است. نتیجهگیری: پیشنهاد میشود برای کاهش رفتارهای ضداجتماعی و افزایش رفتارهای جامعه پسند در مدارس، برنامههایی جهت ارتقای خودپنداره نوجوانان و ترمیم دلبستگی آنها با والدین و همسالان تدوین شود

الگوی ساختاری فرسودگى تحصیلى بر اساس متغیرهاى حمایت اجتماعى ادراک شده، عدالت آموزشى و انگیزش تحصیلى دانشجویان
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش میانجیگر [D1] ابعاد انگیزش تحصیلی در رابطه بین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و عدالت آموزشی با فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحدهای تهران مرکز، تهران شرق و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران در سال تحصیلی ۹۶-۱۳۹۵ به تعداد 83834 نفر بود که از میان آنها به روش نمونه برداری تصادفی چند مرحلهای به این صورت که در مرحله اول 3 دانشگاه، از هر دانشگاه 3 دانشکده و از هر دانشکده 3 کلاس به صورت تصادفی و در نهایت از رشتههای حسابداری، روانشناسی، میکروبیولوژی، علوم اجتماعی و مهندسی ژنتیک بر اساس پیشنهاد گاداگنولی و ولیسر (1998) و تعداد پارامترها ۴۱۰ نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو ۱۹۹۷، مقیاس انگیزش تحصیلی والرند، پلیتیر، بلایس، بریر، سنسال و همکاران (۱۹۹۲)، پرسشنامه عدالت آموزشی گلپرور (۱۳۸۹) و مقیاس چند وجهی حمایت ادراک شده زیمت، داهلم، زیمت و فارلی (1988) بود. پس از حذف 40 پرسشنامه مخدوش و 4 داده پرت، با استفاده از روش الگویابی معادلههای ساختاری دادهها تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین عدالت آموزشی و فرسودگی تحصیلی (121/0- =β، 002/0 =P) و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و فرسودگی تحصیلی (253/0- =β، 001/0 =P) منفی است. نتیجهگیری: ضروری است که همه دانشجویان در محیط آموزشی از امکانات و حمایت کافی برخوردار شوند تا زمینه رشد و شکوفایی استعدادهای آنها فراهم شود و بتوانند در راستای رسیدن به اهداف خود، انگیزه کافی برای تلاش و تکاپو پیدا کنند.

نقش میانجیگر سرمایه روانشناختی در رابطه بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی با سازگاری زناشویی دانشجویان
هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین نقش واسطهای سرمایه روانشناختی در رابطه بین ویژگیهای شخصیتی روان رنجورخویی، گشودگی، برونگرایی، توافق پذیری و وظیفه شناسی با سازگاری زناشویی دانشجویان زن بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری تمام دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج در نیمسال اول ۹۷-۱۳۹۶ به تعداد ۳۳۰۰۰ نفر بود. از میان آنها به روش نمونه برداری در دسترس ۳۰۰ نفر بر اساس پیشنهاد کلاین (2011) از کلاسهای دانشکده روانشناسی که معیارهای ورود به پژوهش داشتند؛ انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه سازگاری زناشویی اِسپانیر ۱۹۷۶، پرسشنامه پنج عاملی نئو کاستا و مک کری ۱۹۸۵ و پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز، آوولیو، آوی و نورمان (2007) بود. پس از حذف ۳ پرسشنامه مخدوش و ۱ داده پرت، دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از روش الگویابی معادلههای ساختاری تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین صفت گشودگی و سازگاری زناشویی (066/0 =β، ۰۱۶/۰ =P)، ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین صفت برونگرایی و سازگاری زناشویی (083/0 =β، ۰۱۲/۰ =P) و ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین صفت روان رنجورخویی و سازگاری زناشویی (117/0- =β، ۰۰۱/۰ =P) معنادار است. نتیجهگیری: صفات شخصیتی بهعنوان پیش آمادگیهایی که افراد با خود در روابط زناشویی وارد میکنند؛ احتمالاً بر سرمایه روانشناختی افراد شامل خوش بینی، خودکارامدی، امیدواری و تاب آوری در برخورد با مشکلات زناشویی اثرگذار است و ممکن است منجر به کاهش یا افزایش سازگاری زناشویی شود. از این رو، پیشنهاد میشود که کارگاههایی با هدف ارتقاء سرمایه روانشناختی برای دانشجویان متأهل در دانشگاهها برگزار شود.
