Method: This study utilized a descriptive correlational design and statistical population of this study was included all second high school male students in Tehran in the first semester of 2016-2017 which through them by target sampling 300 teenager were selected based on Guadagnoli & Velicer proposal. The study tools were Baumrind Parenting Styles Questionnaire (1990), Young Schema Questionnaire-short form (1988) and Ames, Rose & Anderson Narcissistic Personality Inventory (2006). After removing 5 outlier subjects, data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling. Results: Results showed that research structural model base on gathered data fit well and early maladaptive schema negatively are the mediation in the relationship between authoritative parenting styles and narcissistic personality traits (β =-0.319, P=0.001) and positively are the mediation in the relationship between authoritarian parenting styles and narcissistic personality traits (β =0.153, P=0.02). Conclusion: Educational system of family or in other words parenting styles of parents are important factors in formation of children's personality and formation of cognitive constructs including early maladaptive schemas. Based on this results it is recommended that in treatment of narcissistic personality features to be focus on parenting styles of parents and treatment like schema therapy be used.
