The statistical population consisted of 24383 high school students of the 2 educational district of Isfahan in 2015-2016 academic year. At first, using clustering, three high schools Azadi, Shahid Vaghefi 1, and Katibe were selected. Data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance. Results: Results indicated that social skills training had positive effect on compatibility in the posttest and follow-up (F=12.55, P=0.001), and the level of self-efficiency also significantly increased (F=6.26, P=0.01); and this effect is persisted at follow-up. Conclusion: Can be concluded that social skills training enhance compatibility and self-efficacy in the high school female students.
