تجربه برش هیجانی از منظر فرزندان دختر بزرگسال: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و درک عمیق تجربه زیسته دختران بزرگسال از برش هیجانی با خانواده انجام شد.
 
روش: روش پژوهش، کیفی، از نوع پدیدارشناسی توصیفی بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 15 نفر از دختران بزرگسال در سنین 18-25 سالی بودند که تجربه برش هیجانی از خانواده داشتند. میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 5/21 سال بود. نمونه‌گیری به شکل هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انجام شد. ابتدا با استفاده از خرده مقیاس برش هیجانی موجود در پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده تمایزیافتگی خود (اسکورون و فریدلندر، 1988)، افراد دارای تجربه برش هیجانی انتخاب شدند و سپس در گام دوم، با آنان مصاحبه نیمه­ساختاریافته انجام شد. سپس کلمه به کلمه پیاده‌سازی شده و به روش هفت مرحله‌ای کلایزی (1969) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
 
یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 5 مضمون اصلی شامل: 1) عوامل مؤثر در تصمیم به برش هیجانی ؛ 2) دشواری‌های اجرای تصمیم به برش هیجانی؛ 3) آسیب‌های ایجاد شده به دنبال برش هیجانی؛ 4) سازگاری با برش‌ هیجانی و 5) جنبه‌های رشدگونه برش هیجانی، شناسایی شد.
 
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت دختران بزرگسالی که برش هیجانی از خانواده را تجربه می‌کنند با چالش‌های جدی روبرو هستند و آسیب‌های قابل توجهی می‌بینند، که لازم است تناسب شرایط‌شان، برای آنان و خانواده‌هایشان سیستم‌های حمایتی فراهم شود.

چکیده [English]

Aim: This study aimed to explore the lived experiences of adult female children who experienced emotional cutoff from their families.

Method: Using a descriptive phenomenological approach, 15 women aged 18–25 (M = 21.5) were selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Participants were screened using the emotional cutoff subscale of the Self-Differentiation Questionnaire (Skowron & Friedlander, 1988) and interviewed using a semi-structured format. Colaizzi's (1969) seven-step method was applied for analysis.

Results: Five major themes emerged: (1) practical factors behind emotional cutoff, (2) difficulties in implementation, (3) psychological injuries, (4) adjustment to emotional cutoff, and (5) developmental aspects of emotional separation.

Conclusion: Women who experience emotional cutoff face serious psychological challenges. The findings suggest the need for tailored support systems for these individuals and their families.
