Aim: Study aim was to determine interactive role of parent’s ethnicity of Fars, Turk, Kurd, Lor and offsprings’ gender on their psycho-social development. Methods: Method was causal-comparative and statistical population were 29474 university students of Alborz Province, whom were selected through cluster multistage random sampling among of Farhangian, Agricultural and Islamic Azad of Karaj Universities. Using Kerjeci-Morgan (1970) table, 400 students were determined and on the basis of gender in each ethnic group; 100 students (50 female and 50 male students) were selected. Research instrument was Hawley psycho-social development questionnaire (1988).
