How can I find out the latest status of my submitted article and receive corrections?

The responsible author of the article can view the status of the article on his personal page through the publication system. Therefore, all actions, including submission, revision, correspondence, requests, changing the order of authors, etc., are only possible through the responsible author.

At what stage is it possible to change the names and their order?

After passing the judging stage, it is not possible to edit the names.

We encounter an error to enter the system and we cannot enter?

From the login section, click on I forgot my password so that a new password will be sent to you via email.

What is the deadline for arbitration corrections?

After judging, the responsible author must apply all the corrections desired by the judges within two weeks at most and upload the rewritten article in which the authors' answers to the points of the judges are included without removing the referee's comments so that it can be easily recognized. slow Failure to submit the said article within the stipulated period (maximum within two weeks) will be considered as a sign of withdrawal of the author/authors from continuing the review and evaluation process of the article in this journal, and the article will be rejected and archived.

How long does the initial review of the article take?

If the article is complete and the format is correct, it will take one to three weeks to be presented in the editorial board meeting, and if approved, it will be sent for refereeing.

When submitting articles, is it necessary for the responsible author to register the article in the system with his/her email?

At the time of submitting the articles, it is necessary to enter all the authors' information completely and correctly by the responsible author. It is obvious that it is not possible to edit the names after passing the stage of submission to the referee (it is necessary that the responsible author is registered in the system with his/her email when submitting the article).

What is the reason for the delay in the initial review of the article?
