شناسایی مقدماتی شاخص‌های ارزیابی در مراکزگذری کاهش آسیب اعتیاد: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی مقدماتی شاخص­‏‌های ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات مراکزگذری کاهش آسیب و تدوین ابزاری برای سنجش این شاخص‏ها جهت ارائه الگویی بهینه برای ارتقاء خدمات در این مراکز انجام گرفت. روش: این پژوهش با اتخاذ رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل افراد مرتبط با مراکز کاهش آسیب اعتیاد (شامل مراجعه‌کنندگان به مراکز کاهش آسیب و کارکنان شاغل در مراکزگذری) بود که داده­ها از طریق نمونه­‌گیری هدفمند و دردسترس و از طریق مصاحبه­‌ی نیمه ساختاریافته عمیق با 20 نفر گرد­آوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون شش مرحله­‌ای براون و کلارک تحلیل شدند. یافته‌­ها: تحلیل تجارب شرکت­‌کنندگان منجر به شناسایی 2 مضمون اصلی (خدمات و ساختار سازمانی) و 15 مضمون فرعی (برنامه سرنگ و سوزن، برنامه مشاوره و آزمایش HIV، ارائه خدمات رفاهی، برنامه درمان نگهدارنده با متادون آستانه پایین، ارجاع به سطوح دیگر، موسس، کارکنان، سازمان حمایت کننده، محیط فیزیکی، پایش و نظارت، برنامه آموزش، تیم امدادرسان سیار، آمار و اطلاعات، عملکرد، حمایت گری اجتماعی و مسئولانه) گردید. نتیجه­‌گیری: شاخص­‌های به دست آمده در بررسی حاضر که بر مبنای بر اساس تجربه‌­ی کارکنان، درمانگران و افراد مراجعه‌­کننده به مراکز کاهش آسیب به دست آمده می‌­تواند به عنوان شاخصی قابل قبول در ارزیابی و پایش کیفیت ارائه خدمات این مراکز مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: This study aimed to identify the indicators for evaluating the quality of services of transit centers to reduce damage and to develop a tool to measure these indicators to provide an optimal model for improving services in these centers. Methods: This research was carried out using a qualitative and content analysis method. The statistical population included people associated with addiction harm reduction centers (including those referred to harm reduction centers and staff working in transit centers). Data were collected through purposive and available sampling and in-depth semi-structured interviews with 20 people. They were analyzed using a six-step content analysis method based on the six-step approach of Brown and Clark. Results: Analysis of participants' experiences led to identification of 2-main themes (services and organizational structure) and 15 sub-themes (syringe and needle program, HIV counseling and testing program, welfare services, low-threshold methadone maintenance treatment program, referral to levels Others became founders, staff, support organizations, physical environment, monitoring and supervision, training program, mobile relief team, statistics and information, performance, social and responsible support). Conclusion: The indicators obtained in the present study, which are based on the experience of employees, therapists and people who refer to harm reduction centers, can be used as an acceptable indicator in evaluating and monitoring the quality of service provided by these centers.
