Aim: It is important to carry out specific interventions for vulnerable foster children. This study, by Integrating themes extracted from interviews conducted with foster children about their lived experiences of complex trauma and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, it introduces integrated cognitive-behavioral intervention based on the lived experiences of foster children on complex trauma. Method: This study has two parts. First, among 30 foster children aged 9 to 11 in Isfahan in 2022, 8 girls were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection was done in a semi-structured way using the descriptive phenomenological method and analyzed using the Giorgi method. In second, Common factors approach was used to develop an integrated intervention among various integration methods. For the content validity of the intervention, the opinions of 8 experts were used the Delphi method. Results: In the first part, five main themes were identified. These themes were belonging, relationship, self-concept, previous life challenges, and psychological capital. In second, integrating cognitive-behavioral intervention based on the lived experiences of foster children was developed in 10 sessions and each session included two parts of caregivers, and children. Relative coefficient of content validity ratio of at least 0.75 and at most 1 and content validity index 0.9 was obtained Conclusion: The present integrating intervention is an attempt to formulate a child-centered therapeutic intervention for foster children in order to reduce some of the gaps in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy has also used the capacities of this therapy.
