Aim: In the current research, the statistical population of the research includes all the employees of the Social Security Organization in 2023.
Method: Sampling was done by simple random sampling among the employees of the Social Security Organization of Kashan. In this research, according to the research conceptual model, 58 samples have been used to reduce the average absolute error rate in PLS.
Simultaneous two anomalies in the organization can have a doubly destructive effect.. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data.
Findings: The results confirm the effect of employees' anomic feelings (political, social, economic, and cultural anomalies) on the occurrence of organizational vandalistic behaviors (destruction of organizational reputation and physical destruction) with a statistical value of 11.953 and an impact factor of 0.736 with 95% confidence.
Results: Anomie (abnormality) of employees has a positive and significant effect on the occurrence of organizational vandalistic behaviors. And according to the adjusted coefficient of determination, the feeling of employees' anomie (political, social, economic, and cultural anomalies) explains about 54.2% of the variance of organizational vandalistic behaviors (destruction of organizational credibility and physical destruction.
