چکیده

هدف: نتایج مطالعات مختلف نشان داده‌اند که سازه‌های روان‌شناختی مثبت بر سلامت‌روانی بیماران سرطانی اثرگذارند. بااین‌وجود، غالب ابزار‌های مورد استفاده برای سنجش کیفیاتی مانند خوش‌بینی، ‌امید، خودکارآمدی و تاب‌آوری، در نمونه‌های عمومی، توسعه‌یافته‌اند. بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی برای بیماران سرطانی، انجام شد.
روش: در این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی، تعداد ۲۵۰ بیمار سرطانی که به شیوة دردسترس از بین بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران انتخاب شدند، به پرسشنامة سرمایه روان‌شناختی برای بیماران سرطانی (PCQ-C)، مقیاس رضامندی از زندگی (SWLS) و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (DASS)، پاسخ دادند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تائیدی نشان داد که نسخة فارسی پرسشنامة سرمایة روان‌شناختی برای بیماران سرطانی با ساختاری مشتمل بر چهار عامل خودکارآمدی، تاب‌آوری، ‌امید و خوش‌بینی، از روایی سازه خوبی برخوردار بود. علاوه‌براین، نتایج مربوط به همبستگی بین ابعاد سرمایة روانی بیماران با رضامندی از زندگی و وجوه آشفتگی روان‌شناختی در آن‌ها از روایی ملاکی نسخه فارسی پرسشنامة سرمایة روان‌شناختی برای بیماران سرطانی، حمایت کرد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه سرمایة روان‌شناختی در بیماران سرطانی به دلیل استحکامِ بنیانِ مفهومی زیربناییِ مدل اندازه‌گیری آن، از نظر ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی، از مقبولیت فنی کافی برای اندازه‌گیری سرمایه روان‌شناختی در بیماران سرطانی برخوردار بود.

Aim: The results of various studies have shown that positive psychological construct affect the mental health of cancer patients. However, most of the tools used to measure qualities such as optimism, hope, self-efficacy and resilience have been developed in general samples. This research was conducted with the aim of psychometric analysis of psychological capital questionnaire for patients with cancer.
Method: In this descriptive survey research, the number of 250 patients with cancer who were selected through the available sampling method from a number of hospitals in Tehran, responded to the Psychological Capital Questionnaire for patients with Cancer (PCQ-C), and the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) and the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS).
Results: The results of the confirmatory factor analysis showed that the PCQ-C Cancer had good factorial validity with a four-factor structure consisting of self-efficacy, resilience, hope and pessimism. In addition, the results related to the correlation between the dimensions of patients' psychological capital with life satisfaction and aspects of psychological disturbance in them supported the criterion validity of the Persian version of the PCQ-C.
Conclusion: The results showed that the psychological capital questionnaire for patients with cancer, due to the sound of the underlying conceptual origin of its measurement model, in terms of psychometric characteristics, had sufficient technical adequacy to measure psychological resources in cancer patients
