چکیده
هدف: با توجه به اهمیت حفظ سلامت روان و ارتقای عملکرد مدیران در سازمان‌ها، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی اپلیکیشن آگاهی راهبردی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی (MBSAT) بر کاهش افسردگی شغلی و ارتقای عملکرد فردی مدیران انجام شد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر طرح پژوهش، یک کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترل‌شده با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران و سرپرستان سازمان منطقه ویژه اقتصادی انرژی پارس در شهر عسلویه در سال ۱۴۰۴ بود. در مجموع، ۲۶۲ مدیر و سرپرست واجد شرایط وارد مطالعه شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله (۱۳۱ نفر) و کنترل (۱۳۱ نفر) تخصیص یافتند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مقیاس افسردگی شغلی (بیانکی و شونفلد، ۲۰۲۰) و مقیاس عملکرد فردی (کوپمان، ۲۰۱۴) بود. گروه مداخله به مدت ۳۶ روز، روزانه به‌طور متوسط ۱۵ تا ۲۰ دقیقه، از اپلیکیشن MBSAT استفاده کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه‌گیری مکرر تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل واریانس آمیخته با اندازه‌گیری مکرر نشان داد اثر متقابل گروه × زمان برای افسردگی شغلی و عملکرد فردی معنادار بود (001/0>p). مدیران گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش افسردگی شغلی و افزایش عملکرد فردی را در پس‌آزمون و پیگیری سه‌ماهه نشان دادند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد اپلیکیشن آگاهی راهبردی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی (MBSAT) می‌تواند به‌عنوان مداخله‌ای مؤثر برای کاهش افسردگی شغلی و ارتقای عملکرد فردی مدیران به‌کار گرفته شود.

چکیده English

Aim: Given the importance of maintaining mental health and enhancing managers' performance in organizations, this study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT) application in reducing occupational depression and improving individual work performance among managers.
Methods: This applied study employed a randomized controlled trial with a pretest–posttest design, a control group, and a three-month follow-up. The study population consisted of managers and supervisors working at the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone in Asaluyeh, Iran, in 2025. A total of 262 eligible participants were enrolled and randomly allocated to either the intervention group (n = 131) or the control group (n = 131). Data were collected using the Occupational Depression Inventory (Bianchi & Schonfeld, 2020) and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (Koopmans, 2014). Participants in the intervention group used the MBSAT application daily for 36 days. Data were analyzed using mixed-design repeated-measures analysis of variance.
Results: The mixed-design repeated-measures ANOVA revealed a significant Group × Time interaction for both occupational depression and individual work performance (p < .001). Compared with the control group, participants in the intervention group demonstrated a significant reduction in occupational depression and a significant improvement in individual work performance at posttest, and these improvements were maintained at the three-month follow-up.
Conclusion: The findings suggest that the MBSAT application is an effective digital intervention for reducing occupational depression and enhancing individual work performance among managers.
