اثربخشی آموزش گروهی خودکارآمدی برکیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی جنسی معتادان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش تعیین تأثیر آموزش گروهی خودکارآمدی بر افزایش کیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدیجنسی مردان معتاد در حال ترک بود. روش: روش مطالعه نیمه تجربی و جامعه آماری کلیه معتادان مردمرکز ترک اعتیاد پرواز شهر قزوین به تعداد 150 نفر بود که از میان آنها بهروش نمونهگیری در دسترس30 نفر انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. ابزار پژوهشمقیاس کوتاه کیفیت زندگی 26 سؤالی سازمان بهداشت جهانی 1998 و خودکارآمدی جنسی رینولدز1978 ) بود که در مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. آموزش گروهی )خودکارآمدی در 7 جلسه 90 دقیقهای و هفتهای 1 جلسه در گروه آزمایش انجام و دادههای با آزمونتحلیل کواریانس و اندازهگیریهای مکرر تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد آموزش خودکارآمدی بهجزدر مؤلفه سلامت محیطی، موجب بهبود و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و خودکارآمدی جنسی معتادان شده واین تأثیر 2 ماه بعد در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار مانده است. نتیجهگیری: آموزش گروهی خودکارآمدیرا میتوان روش مؤثری برای ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی و عملکرد جنسی معتادان تلقی کرد، که آنها را توان-مند میسازد تا دانش، نگرش و ارزشهایشان را به فعلیت برسانند و انگیزه و رفتار سالم داشته باشند.
