اثربخشی آموزش بخشایشگری بر افزایش بهزیستی تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان قربانیِ قلدری

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی اثربخشی برنامZ آموزش بخشایش گری بر افزایش بهزیستی تحصیلی در دانش­ آموزان قربانیِ قلدری دوره اول متوسطه بود. روش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعة نیمه­ تجربی با پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و دارای گروه کنترل بود. از جامعة دانش ­آموزان متوسطه شهر تبریز در سال تحصیلی 98-99، نمونه ­ای متشکل از 32 دانش­آموز قربانی قلدری، انتخاب شد و در دو گروه 16 نفری به صورت تصادفی قرار گرفت. گروه آزمایش ده جلسه مداخله آموزش بخشایش گری دریافت نمود. بعد از اتمام آموزش نمرات پس آزمون اخذ و با استفاده از روش کواریانس  چند متغیره تحلیل شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل؛ پرسشنامة قربانی قلدری، مقیاس بهزیستی تحصیلی و بسته آموزش بخشایش گری بود. یافته­ ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، آموزش بخشایش گری بر مؤلفه ­های ارزش مدرسه، رضایتمندی تحصیلی و درآمیزی با مدرسه تأثیر مثبت، و بر مؤلفة فرسودگی نسبت به مدرسه تأثیر منفی دارد. نتیجه ­گیری: بر اساس یافته­ ها پیشنهاد می­شود، برنامه آموزش بخشایش گری در مدارس ارائه شود تا دانش ­آموزان بتوانند با ترمیم آسیب‌های ناشی از تجارب گذشته، تقویت روابط و ایجاد احساسات و نگرش مثبت نسبت به همسالان و مدرسه، بهزیستی تحصیلی را افزایش دهند.

چکیده [English]

Aim: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of forgiveness training programs on academic well-being in high school Victims of Bullying Students. Methods: This study was a semi-experimental study with pre-test / post-test and had a control group. From the high school students of Tabriz in the academic year of 2019-20, a sample consisting of 32 students who were victims of bullying was selected and randomly divided into two groups of 16 people. The experimental group received ten sessions of forgiveness training intervention. After the training, post-test scores were obtained and analyzed by multivariate covariance. Research tools include; Bullying Victim Scale (BVS), Academic well-being questionnaire (AWBQ), and Forgiveness Training Package. Results: The results showed that forgiveness training has a positive and significant effect on school value, Academic Satisfaction, and schoolwork engagement. It has a negative effect on school burnout. Conclusion: Based on the findings, it is suggested that a forgiveness training program be introduced in schools so that students can increase academic well-being by repairing injuries caused by past experiences, strengthening relationships, and creating positive feelings and attitudes toward peers and the school.
