فراتحلیل بررسی اثربخشی فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه در والدین کودکان استثنایی

چکیده

هدف: فرزندپروری برای همة والدین تجربه‌ای دشوار و استرس‌زا به نظر می‌رسد و این مسئله برای والدین کودکان استثنایی پیچیده‌تر می‌شود. بنابراین، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، فراتحلیل بررسی اثربخشی فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه در والدین  کودکان استثنایی بود.
 
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع فراتحلیل بود. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، مقالات چاپ شده در مجلات علمی و پژوهشی معتبر داخلی و خارجی در زمینه فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه بودند. ملاک‌های درون‌گنجی برای فراتحلیل حاضر شامل داشتن شرایط لازم از نظر روش‌شناسی (روش تحقیق، جامعة آماری، شیوة نمونه‌گیری، ابزار اندازه‌گیری و روایی و پایایی آن، روش تجزیه و تحلیل آماری)، تناسب موضوع پژوهش با اثربخشی مداخلات فرزندپروری ذهن آگاهانه برای والدین کودکان استثنایی، و آزمایشی یا نیمه آزمایشی بودن هر پژوهش می‌شد. از این رو، مقاله‌ها از پایگاه‌های معتبر فارسی و انگلیسی استخراج شدند. در نهایت 15 مقاله که شامل 11 مقاله فارسی و 4 مقاله انگلیسی بود بر اساس ملاک‌های درون‌گنجی انتخاب شدند.
 
یافته‌ها: میزان تاثیر فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه برای والدین کودکان استثنایی قابل توجه بود و اندازه اثر ترکیبی 58/0 در سطح معناداری ترکیبی 01/0 > p به دست آمد. 
 
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اثربخشی آموزش فرزندپروری ذهن‌آگاهانه برای والدین کودکان  استثنایی در حد متوسط (نزدیک به بالا) است.

Aim: The aim of this meta-analysis was to investigate the effectiveness of mindful parenting interventions for parents of exceptional children.
 
Method: This meta-analysis examined articles published in reputable national and international scientific journals focusing on mindful parenting. Internal criteria for inclusion in the meta-analysis encompassed methodological aspects such as research design, statistical population, sampling method, measurement tool validity and reliability, statistical analysis method, and alignment of the research topic with the effectiveness of mindful parenting interventions for parents of exceptional children. Relevant articles were sourced from credible Persian and English databases. Fifteen articles, comprising 11 in Persian and 4 in English, met the internal criteria for inclusion.
 
Results: The meta-analysis revealed a significant impact of mindful parenting interventions on parents of exceptional children, with a combined effect size of 0.58 at a significance level of p < 0.01.
 
Conclusion: Mindful parenting training demonstrated a moderate to high level of effectiveness for parents of exceptional children based on the calculated combined effect size.
