رابطه والدگری هلیکوپتری با سازگاری تحصیلی: نقش واسطه‌ای اضطراب در دانشجویان

چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطة بین والدگری هلیکوپتری و سازگاری تحصیلی با نقش واسطه‌­ای اضطراب در بین دانشجویان بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل تمامی 17000دانشجوی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 بود که از این جامعه تعداد 335 دانشجو با استفاده از روش نمونه­‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌­­ای چندمرحله­‌ای انتخاب شد. به منظور جمع ­آوری داده­‌ها از پرسشنامه­ والدگری هلیکوپتری (پیستلا، ایزو، ایزولانیا، اورنو و بایوکو ،2020)، مقیاس سازگاری تحصیلی (بیکر و سریاک، 1984) و پرسشنامه اضطراب (بک، 1988) استفاده گردید. داده­‌های جمع­آوری شده با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم افزار اسمارت پلاس وspss25 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌­ها: یافته­‌های پژوهش حاکی از رابطة مثبت و معنادار بین والدگری هلیکوپتری و اضطراب بود (01/0P<). همچنین بین اضطراب و سازگاری تحصیلی نیز رابطة منفی و معنادار وجود داشت (01/0P<). اما بین والدگری هلیکوپتری و سازگاری تحصیلی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری به­دست نیامد ولی رابطه غیر مستقیم بین آن­ها از طریق اضطراب معنادار بود. نتیجه­‌گیری: در نتیجه می­‌توان گفت که والدگری هلیکوپتری اگرچه به صورت مستقیم بر سازگاری و عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیرگذار نیست اما با ایجاد تنش و اضطراب به صورت غیرمستقیم می‌­تواند جنبه‌­های متعددی از زندگی دانشجویان را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. بنابراین آگاهی بخشی به والدین و مشاوران در مورد تاثیرات منفی و مخرب این سبک از والدگری در زمینه تحصیلی و روانشناختی فرزندان از طریق کارگاه­‌های آموزشی و رسانه‌­های جمعی ضروری به نظر می‌­رسد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between helicopter parenting and academic adjustment with the mediating role of anxiety among students. Methods: The method of the present study was descriptive-correlational. The study population included all 17,000 students of Shahid Beheshti University in the academic year 1399-1400, from which 335 students were selected using multi-stage cluster random sampling. To collect data, the Helicopter Parenting Questionnaire (Pistella, ISO, Isolania, Orno and Bioko, 2020), Academic Adjustment Scale (Baker and Cyriac, 1984), and Anxiety Inventory (Beck, 1988) were used. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling using Smart Plus and SPSS25 software. Results: Findings showed a positive and significant relationship between helicopter parenting and anxiety (P<0.01). There was also a significant negative relationship between anxiety and academic adjustment (P <0.01). But there was no direct and significant relationship between helicopter parenting and academic adjustment, but the indirect relationship between them was significant through anxiety. Conclusion: As a result, we can say that although helicopter parenting does not directly affect students 'academic adjustment and performance, it can indirectly affect many aspects of students' lives by creating stress and anxiety. Therefore, educating parents and counselors about the negative and destructive effects of this style of parenting on their children's educational and psychological background through educational workshops and mass media seems necessary.
